Ripley’s Believe It or Not features the Église Sainte-Marie Church in the Claire region of Nova Scotia at Church Point. Built in 1903, it is known as the largest wooden church in North America. It is 190 feet long, 135 feet wide at its widest point and is built in the shape of a cross. Inside, its height rises 65 feet from the floor to ceiling. It was designed by the French architect, Auguste Regnault of France and constructed by a team of carpenters led by Léo Melanson. Since 2000, the church is also now a registered museum.(Photos: From social media.)
