The $150-million dollar Big Lift project on the sixty-year- old Angus L. Macdonald Bridge in Halifax officially reached its halfway point in the work to replace all the deck segments of the bridge. By this date, the contractor, the American Bridge Canada Company, had replaced twenty segments out of a total of forty-six, with plans to complete the deck replacement by spring 2017.
